I was refering to the white peice only, so i could pull off the old xh connector and replace it with the hyperion style and still use the original wires.

Can't do that, the little pin plugs are different.

So it's either impossible or difficult to remove the xh connector, so that all I have is the wires, and the battery, then install them in a hyperion white connector without buying the "special" hyperion connector with wires or the xh board?

The type of crimped on pin that the xh connector uses will not phsically fit and clip in a hyperion connector. You either have to splice the hyp tap on, or remove the shrink and solder a new harness on. I would suggest an adapter, cheapest and simplest way out.

I have a i-max8 charger that uses JXT ballance tabs, and sometime last year picked up some used hyperion lipos from a menber here. I bought some addapters from hobby city that had a female JXT and a male Hyperion.

I think that JXT is the same as align when your looking for addapters. I also have a 2S MA pack that I also got used here (and btw: still works great) which has the same ballance tab as the 3S hyperion lipos that I have and with some pin moving/ shifting around I am able to ballance that with the same connector as I do the hyperions.

Just took the shrink off a neu pack, 2s 4900 25c, and going by the numbers on the cells they appear to be enerland mfg. It does say made in china, but most of the newer enerland packs I have fooled with recently have that on the cells too...
