You should be pretty close to go by now -- I'd do at leat one tank as Basketti describes and then go for it. 9 tanks sould be plenty.
What worked for me, on a different motor though, was to set lsn so the motor would start up easily and then adjust idle so it stays running. Then if it bogs down when throttle is applied, adjust hsn leaner by 1/8 turns until it stops bogging. Then check temps every few minutes to make sure it doesn't get much over 250. Keep leaning it slightly until it reaches 250 or so, and if it gets hotter richen it back up.
A new glo plug might be in order now after so many break in tanks, it might help make final tuning easier. Also, are you running 20% or 30%? I've heard 20% is easier to tune with for a beginner, so that's what I went with.
