I'll post the graphs up asap (damn that day job), but was really hoping some others would have comparable data to share for comparison / reference. (not necessarily just for the batteries, but 1521 vs. 1515, etc.). It'll be fun to sort all this out.

[SpeedAssault] That's Awesome BigHound,
I will share a big secret of mine. I found a great Soldering helper, it's a squeeze on heat zink that Squeezes the wire tightly down on the connector so there is more wire to connector contact so your resistance is not going through your solder. Picture below :) Radio shack might have a decent quality one.

[SpeedAssault] I did get a reply from Steve Nue a few days later. But I cannot identify which cells are Older XP cells and which ones are the Newer XP cells ..That was my question. Do you guys know it ?

Here it is
""" The earlier generation XP cells are 1C charge rate and the newest ones are 5C charge rate. All the 3200s are XP type cells with 25/50 C discharge ability. With most chargers you will be limited to the max current of the charger or the wattage. The 1C charge rate cells are just fine when charged at up to 2C. The 5C charge rate 3200s could be charged at up to 16 amps--which few chargers can do.
Bottom line you should be able to charge with your charger at up to 6 amps I believe or about 2C. " "
