I'll post the graphs up asap (damn that day job), but was really hoping some others would have comparable data to share for comparison / reference. (not necessarily just for the batteries, but 1521 vs. 1515, etc.). It'll be fun to sort all this out.

I will share a big secret of mine. I found a great Soldering helper, it's a squeeze on heat zink that Squeezes the wire tightly down on the connector so there is more wire to connector contact so your resistance is not going through your solder. Picture below :) Radio shack might have a decent quality one.
