CVDs will work but for the centers because of the limited travel I use dog bones. A very simple, tough and efficient way to transfer power. I got mine from Mike here in RC-monster. My old chassis but you get the idea:

1 raceday down well, at least I didn't finish dead last, I beat a 2wd truggy and a guy who blew a glow plug... this is in a truggy class

I had a new first though, I snaped a traxxas hingpin into 3 pices, I didn't know they were that hard, usualy they just bend into a prezzal shape

I also broke 2 lower A arms... within 5 min of runing

the eaten servo count is up to 4, now I run a ofna saver on the servo since the maxx one is a POS

I'll have more pics of my new low cog CF chasses 1 question, how diffrent are the tranny mounting holes on a 3906 and the 3905??

a few new pics...

bow-tie, stock, muggy

wing mounted
had to cut the tailgate out...

muggy VS. bow-tie

RTR, ready to Rock!!

not soo much and the hubs are still 17mm

BTW, I'v got hot pink too

i would run the bow ties, less rotating mass. if your looking to get a better servo saver system, mod the stock one like i did.
