Item 2 does come with a connector, you just have to specify which type you want from the drop-down menu

Both items come with a balance plug connector, but regardless, they dont measure the voltage of each cell, just the total voltage in series. You are correct in that they dont check for a weaker cell as such, just the combined voltage.

TrueRc sells a similar itemn that DOES check individual cell voltages however...
