I'm no A-mainer FT driver but I can drive 1 out 5 laps pretty clean without crashing .....well...mabe 1 out 7 depending on how excited I was after completing a difficult jump section only to crash on the next ...BTW I had andrew (the track creator) drive my RX8 RC8t for a full battery pack and it was awesome seeing what the truggy is capable of in the right hands

How about gearings 15/46 with 6S LiPo and RX8 T8 2250 combo ( nitro clutch ) , is it going to get hot or something with those zippy's 6S LiPo's ?

I would change the settings enough with hotwire ?

I will use TT2360 with RX8 in my X2CRT truggy, mechanic brakes and 3-shoe nitro clutch, and 3ch radios maybe.

I think 6S on a 2250 is a bit too much! Go for the 1350 when you want to use 6S batteries. Unless you want to go for a dragrace X2

My 4S 2250kv is very fast and has the punch control on!

Ok. I would buy some new batteries, going to be cheaper than new motor. I have experience with brushed and brushless cars for 5 years and I know what I do, I asked some advices from peoples who have alot of experience with brushless electrics - and now especially with that product what I mean.

If I can't reduce the power enough with hotwire PC-link, then I buy some new parts to my car.

I agree that is overgeared and over powered by a lot! 6s should be around 1400kv,etc.

Can't change to a 17T pinion on my F8T. The meshing would be too tight no matter how I try to mount the motor. Guess my only option would be to mess with the Timing...I'm on 4s 5000 25c with the 2050 buggy combo.

I need help. wondering if anyone can give me an idea where to set up my hotwire specs.

I am running a 2WD Truck w/ a 69T spur, 16T pinion. 5 1/4 tires, running (2) SMC 5000 7.4's in series. and this is running the 2250 system

This isnt really for racing so I would like limited brakes and reverse to work in this profile.
anyone have an idea what my setup should look like?

I'd expect you to run brake strength lower than most, along with a reversing motor type. I'd also reccomend lowering your reverse strength also.

How much does this truck weigh?

Just installed a slipperential last weekend, and it rules. Dropped a tooth for the track (16 x 46). No drag brake anymore, 10 degrees timing on 4s. The fan has yet to come on with the slipperential.

I am running a tekno neu 1512 2050kv motor on 2x 2s smc 9000mah packs in my tekno rc8 and get about 18 minutes before my first cutoff... I am the only electric at the track I think... If a decent driver was at the wheel, they would have taken the 20 minute final with ease, as there were no pit stops to be made hehehe

I would like to get the slipperential in the buggy and truggy too...
