Well, I managed to figure it out and repair it. None of the wires were bad it was all in the balance plug. All metal ends on the wires were fine it was having to do with how they fit in the plastic plug and there was a connection problem between the metal ends and the balancer plug ? The way it was acting really threw me for a loop ?
I had rummaged around in my treasure drawers and luckily found (2) 4s balance tabs w/wire ends from old MaxCramps packs that gave up the ghost. Soldered them and good to go.
Thanks for everyones help and concern and the faith you had in me to figure it out on my own. I get ignored at home too,no surprise.

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.
