Taxes are taxes, but that's not what I meant lol. In Europe, you're not allowed to make our wonderful ESCs over 60V lol.

What do you mean exactly? Is it just for "toys" manufacturers? I'm in Switzerland (not in the European Union) and planning a car to operate on up to 30s LiPo. I've heard that Germany has very strict laws for high voltage.

CE won't allow sales with exposed voltages above 50VDC. So no CE approval for anything designed to work with exposed voltages above the "magic" 50VDC.
