Computer Power Supply - 10.19.2009, 07:50 PM

Okay i got home today from work and nothing good was on so I decided to see if I could pull a few fans and a power supply from an old computer. I got a fan, magnet, and what looks to be a power supply(90% sure it is). I have a few questions on it. I have no idea what this thing can do so I was wondering if any of these numbers would tell me if this has enough power to power a duratrax ice charger. Info:
DC Voltage Max Current
+12v 4.4A
+5v 20A
-5v 0.2A
-12v 0.5A

Anyone know what this means? Also there are a BUNCH of wires comming out of the end I would plug the charger into. I have the one side where I plug it into the power strip ready for use but the other side has to have 30+ tiny wires comming out if it into a wired connector that plugs in inside of the computer. Would I need to open up the power supply itself and find the wires I need? What do I need to do? I don't NEED a pwer supply but I though it would be fun to try and get my own.

All help is greatly appreciated
Thanks
