MM Pro enough for a savage?

I just bought a MMM and the sticker on the box reads

v3 ESC ONLY
no motor included
010-0062-00

It has soldered 10 AWG battery wires and bullet connectors motor wires.
Is it possible that it is a v4?

Yes, if you just got it it's probably a V4. Note that V4 is internal only, the paperwork didn't change, just an ECO for the circuit.
