Shiz happens dude, don't get discouraged because of a few small problems. I've worked all week on a truck befor to get it ready for the weekend and break it in 2 minutes
Shiz happens !
It's just one of those things that happens in this hobby, wrenching, driving, breaking, improving, breaking, wrenching, fixing, breaking, improving breaking on and on. It's the natural order of the hobby. No car, truck is bullet proof.
The axles are one of the weak points of the original LST, It was fine when nitro because of the soft bottom end of fuel motors, with BL and the instant snap is hard on ANY cvd's.
Maybe consider loosening the slipper a tick, should help.
If you want to add some stronger parts to your truck you can swap the arms, carriers, axles over to the LST2 drivetrain,it's a option that will increase durability.
Stick with it and be patient !

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.
