That's basically what I was thinking too.

if you can, use the body: quoted from sav-central

the front of the body I trimmed way down low, and cut out little hoops and it acts as the front pin brace retainer! the bumper supports are actually locked into the front of the body, and the bumper mounts and pin stops are in line all the time now. Nice. You can see it clearly on this shot:
