My Novak system showed up today. I shortend all the wires, motor wires by 2 inches & power wires by 3 inches & installed a deans plug. It's raing outside now so i cant run it. But i tired it in my apt i think i'm really going to like it the rear tires turned into pizza cutters when i pull the trigger LOL.

:005: No chris i did'nt cut the sensor wires. I also cut out & enlarged one of the scoops on the left side of the body so my speed control gets a little more air.

Just to add a bit here; I have been running the SS5800 in a T4 for awhile now and it has been great. On a 7 cell pack, the car can keep up with pretty much any 1/8th buggy down the straights. I am slower in the corners and the bumps mostly because the truck is smaller but even the nitro guys ask what I am running. FYI, I "accidentally" rean the SS5800 with a 9 cell GP2200 pack (same size as a 7 cell GP3300 pack) and the speed is insane! I know the ESC is rated for only 7 cells (I wasn't thinking when when I put the 9 cell pack in!! :005: ) but it worked with no problem. I am NOT recommending to do it....but the speed was NUTS!! :004:

In the B4 buggy you can only fit 6 cells. I think i'll be very satisfied with the performance. This is my first 2wd buggy so i dont need a missle :018: .

It should be quite fast in a buggy my t4 with Novak’s suggested gearing went 33mph and had a lot of power on the track.
