I have just as much ground clearance with my RC8T as I do with my Savage (measured underneath the diffs), the RC8T (same with apply to any truggy) also has slightly wider stance with longer a-arms. Droop, well it is slightly more limited due to the droop adjustment mechanism; cut that off and well you have more droop available with the longer a-arms. The ground clearance you get for the raised TVPs between the front and rear of course completely goes away with a flat bottom chassis.
