Well I have a Tekno Neu 1515/1.5D/F that the rotor shattered into pieces.Now I have had this motor for 2 years and Neu fixed the motor free under warranty.I just paid shipping.

That's great but when I emailed them I was told not more than half the motor's price. That's us$120.

Abnew tekin is us$140 only.

Castle greatly improved the "original" Neu, made it sealed, with larger bearings, have flexible wires, brilliant look, and slightly higher max power, and most of all, with better prices.

I am not sure that Castle motor 1515 1Y can handle more power than a Neu 1515 1Y. The efficiency of the neu seems to be little better too but its maybe because its open can...

I m sure neu is better than castle as it's hand made but I still think castle is cheaper n built for off road.

The ep esc is already very effcient so the only weak point is the motor wiring

That's exactly why my mbx5T will get a 1520 castle motor instead of a 1521 neu motor !
