Hey Zack... I forgot one bit of info... when you are done cutting and sanding... you're going to have to seal the edges with some thin CA...
put some ice in a bowl... place a small plastic spoon or any mini container on top of the ice (the ice will keep the glue cool and slow evaporation,
therefore giving you more time to work)... poor some CA in the spoon/container... use a cotton bud to soak up the glue and quickly apply it
to the edges of the finished shapes... this will reduce the effects of delamination.
