i had a $180 paid order that was back ordered for over 3 months, when i tried to cancle it on there web page it said my order number was invalid, i called then and they cancled the order but i havent receved a refund in over a 4 week now, i spoke with some one at hobbyking about the fact that it had been 3 weeks and i still didnt have my refund and they are saying they cant do anything about it, they say their accounting department will send me emails but the dont, no one picks up the phone and the online people just say the same thing........im sick of the run around.
