Be careful doing that. If they truly are extensions of the coil wires, they will have an insulating varnish coating that will be almost impossible to solder. You will need to clean each strand and/or use some type of solvent to remove the varnish.

Why not run it like it is? Just secure the wires well with ties to minimize vibration. They should last a long time that way.

Then if there's trouble, (breakage) perfect your wire shortening skills.

Those pictures don't look like the advertised pictures. hmmm..........looks good though.

How much was shipping on that bad boy?
