Castle 1717 in the LST

Ok, 8 months later I got a wild hair up my azz and decided to finish this...

Put the rec in, mount up some badlands (bit smaller than I would have liked but the truck currently has 17mm hexes on it.) and threw in the zippy flightmaxx 5kmah 40c 6s pack.

This pack has sat since I ordered it, which must be more than 6 months. Not out of balance and still had good voltage so I ran it as it was, no charge!!!! Wow, lots of power with the 1717. Did about 10mins and everything was staying cool. Plan to swap the 20mm hexes on the truck tomorrow, charge the battery, and put the lst2 wheels/tires on it. Might balance them first, as I can imagine they will be off.

I now remember why I like the lst so much, it just handles well. Plus I can pull wheelies with the 1717 at any speed. More peppy than I remember the 1521 1y being.

This motor will make it into the 1/6 scale lst based buggy, should be just right for that. Plan to run the 1521 2y on 10s in the 6x6 lst, and run the other 1521 1y I have in this lst. Everything else will be sold. Expect alot of rollers and parts to pop up soon. I have alot of savage stuff to move!!!
