I agree with SemiPro... Loosen your slipper. I used to blow rear diffs all the time, especially when running big tires. What tires are you running Ray? I was running 40 series Big Joes on 23mm Commando rims. I loosened my slipper (more than I wanted, but it's a trade off), and put on some 40series low profile Bowties and haven't had a problem since. I love big tires, but of all the tires I have ran, I always go back to 40s Bowties. They are great on everything, they are wide, low profile, and light.

I'm running on an LST2 though, and use a Neu 1515 2.5d. I think that motor is probably one the best MT motors ever made, and it LOVES 6s. Perhaps that motor you have is too much afterall Ray?
