How do you view buying/selling on ebay?

I had the same thing. Sold an Ipod touch on ebay. Sold it as is, like new but in great working condition. Buyer contacted me stating it was not new and they wanted a refund. I said refer back to the ad, it said "like new" and "sold as is". I didn't hear anything again...
