Ok guys, here's how I mounted my ESC:

I have the PRC extended mount plate so I have a lot of room. Problem is the center drive cup hits the bottom of the ESC if I mount it too far back. Luckily I have some spare 1/4" polycarbonate which I used to make a stand for the ESC.

My OFNA hex adapter came in. I've had a set like this awhile back and it lasted me almost 4 years. No doubt it's better quality than the Integy ones.

For you guys with the machinery and know how, you can probably get these to fit on the stock stub axles. The only problem is the pin hole is about half a mm off from a perfect fit. Since I have my Savage 5T shafts coming in sometime this week I'm going to take the chance and do some dremel work on the stockers to see if I can get them to fit. If only the inner carrier bearing was a bit smaller in width it would allow the axle stub to come out more and let the pin out further!

The last picture is of the barrel nut that came with my Integy adapter. Not sure if you can find these elsewhere but that would be an extra safety that would hold the pin down to the axle if I ever did get them to fit the stockers.
