I have no idea what the old firehammer axles look like. I googled it and the picture showed an axle which looked a lot longer than these and had a threaded tip, not to mention no hole for a pin to go through. Can you link me?


No you are correct. I drilled a hole for the pin, and then cut off the threaded part of the stubshaft with my dremel tool. Then I installed a set of HPI 17mm adapters so they can push the Axial beadlock wheels. They work perfectly.
