Front diff was leaking so i put it apart and also changed stock diff O-Rings for BAJA O-Rings...these fit better, dont know the part number...

White is Baja O-Ring and black is stock..

Changed the diff oil, i used LRP 50.000W in front and 30.000W in back !

Looks nice. Especially considering that it will handle the longer motors, unlike say the TCS TVPs. Servo plate is a nice touch. Got room for 160mm batteries?

I agree looks nice...

- The baja kit though looks a bit too (ok very) similar to mikes.

No... at least not yet. I believe he meant the electric conversion kit.

Hi.

I agree, that mentioned kit look similar. I saw an original on Mikes site once or twice but newer got it in hands, so it is just similar and nothing else.

I designed mine with help of my friend and his baja. There was a lot of measuring and test cuts involved, so no reverse ingeneering with Mikes great product, because just to buy something and then clone is not the way to go. (slipperential 1:1 clone)

I enjoy drawing parts, and then making test cuts to see if everything fits.

Now back to topic.

Thank you, Dejan

I also doubt that he would be a copy-cat

Alza Baja kit is a lot better than tcs kit, more settings and options also a lot better weight distribution and easy to maintain as servo plate is not as big as HPI box so makes things easier, at least aproach to the steering kit.

Well there is like 158mm or maybe 159mm room.
i personally use HK 5000mAh 3S 40C/50C lipos so ther eis a space for a "foam" so lipos get protected a bit...

Would probably be better off with a red spring and the plastic tube that comes with the stock shocks then that double spring? Would avoid that collar that rubs on the body of the shock at least.

I'm a bit dubious of those dog bones. The point where the shaft joins the ball is still the same thickness but the thick shaft won't provide much torsional flex and that could put even more stress on that join area.
