Black bushing goes on the bottom, machined fit into the bottom hole,

Silver aluminum piece is a spacer that goes on the upper radius'ed slot.

both screws should be cranked down

is the bottom bushing suppose to slid all the way through the hole?

i figured there would some sort of stop machined in
