OK! I got the answer from Jenny in repair--
For warranty service, we will repair/replace as required with HPI branded product. For non-warranty (pay replacement) either an HPI or Castle branded product can be requested. YOU must make sure that you state that you want a Castle branded product as a replacement -- default will be an HPI branded product. Thank you! President, Principle Engineer Castle Creations |
