The 41.8 vs 50mm diameter maters not at all. You need to go to the script asylum (http://scriptasylum.com/rc_speed/top_speed.html) and plug in the variables (diff ratio, direct drive ratio, spur size, tire diameter, battery type, etc) and play with different pinions to get to approx. the speed you want.

Thank you thzero, i tried the speed calculator but there is a problem :

the mph increase as i increase the number of teeth of the pinion (motor).

Is that a bug ??

And also i can't choose the different types of data because there's not a case in which it's written "Savage XL", there's just E-Savage, Savage Flux or Savage X but not Savage XL at all...

Um, no. The more teeth you add to the pinion, the higher the gear ratio (numerically its lower), and the higher the gear ratio the faster you go.
