It also could have been that you dont have forklift experience(do you?), Im assuming they have forklifts/Clamp trucks? It could have been a number of factors, or something as simple as they found someone that was better suited to the job.

I won't give a weight but i got you beat, maybe right on that note. As far as the forklift experience, most hired never set foot on a lift of any type before getting hired. I am just trying to find out if i can request a reason and they have to answer it. You see, this is an import warehouse for a large retailer chain, If the reason is fair, ok, i'll move on. But, if they are discriminating against me, i will take it to the next level. One thing i forgot to mention, being a temp is sort of a stigma, if you know what i mean. I just want to know, If it's a good reason, ok, I just want to know one way or the other

The problem with the weight, i am faster and better than most of their regular employees
