I sold off my last nitro over the winter and like everybody else here just prefer electric because of the ease of use.
Yet I retain the skills to easily tune and trouble shoot those damn noisy nitros.
I had a buddy call me for help to tune another buddy's nitro, and before he even said anything on the phone I said to him, "damn, that's lean, fatten up the high speed needle" (I could obviously hear the nitro running)
So over a speaker phone I dialed in a guys ride for him.
I should really work at a hobby shop...
