You should be able to remove the endbell of the motor and take the rotor out, if you do this you'll be able to see if the magnets become unglued or not. If it has, and its not cracked or chipped, you could use JB weld to re-secure it to the shaft.

Its also posible one of the spacers have become damaged, but I think its more common for the magnet to slip on the shaft.
