You could go with something lower. I've run a battery (4s 5400mah 8C) that's rated at 43amps to 100amps in spikes. The Team Orion/Peak Lipo should be fine.

As far as average draw goes, you'll find that it might be between 20-35amps depending on the setup. But there will be large spikes, like the 115amps that you recorded. That's how these cars operate for the most part, there is no continuous current draw.
