45 in the front 40 in the rear, it keeps the nose just slightly higher than the rear when jumping. I could go 50/45 but my track is rutty and Im afraid it would skip around to much. I have a jump made out of two 4x8 sheets of plywood with barn hindges for adjustment. I repeatedly get 20-25 foot long jumps and haven't blown one yet.

Exactly what I was looking for. I just got the powerstrokes and put 40 wt all around. The springs that come with the shocks are a bit soft so I ordered the ultra firm kit. I haven't run the truck with the shocks yet because I'm having my esc and motor looked at by Mike.
I dropped the truck from about 5 ft up and it doesn't bottom out like my stock shocks so its looking good already.
The diamond plate you can get from JCWhitney itsin the section with the side moldings and pinstripe stuff. I also used it to extend my body and cover my batteries. If you look close you can see my elastomer rear skid, never had to worry about bent skids. Click the pic to enlarge.
