What tyres would you recommend for bashing around? I had some 40 series bowties on Proline beadlock's, but they worked out heaiver than what I have now. Bowties also wear pretty quick where I primarily use it.

Mashers with cheyenne rims. They put a huge amount of stress on your drivetrain though.

I was thinking about the Mashers..I have them on my smaller trucks and they perform well (well, the 2.2" versions do).

Do you think they would be heavier than Savage stock tyres?

Depending on the tires? the GT savage tires are very heavy. but the masher 40 series have got quite some rubber on them too. But they look sweet and large.
