Another thing I do not like about the "normal" version is that the current drawing can go
up to 100 Ampere and that 3.5 bullet connectors risk to be a resistent point for the current
flow. If just one phase has an higher resistence, makes the controller heating up.
So I say go for the hi-amp version, do not use any connectors, keep the cables as short as
possible, and finally use a silver solder pond.

I wouldn't worry about the connectors. If you are, just get the 5.5mm connectors. There rated for something like 200 amps I believe.
