Had a problem with too much space in the brake/throttle trigger. I used the hair dryer method to heat the brake side and bent it in a bit for a custom fit - very nice and easy to do.

Turns out I won't be getting a Sensor. One of the guys I work with at my LHS who is a hardcore racer (1/10 electric and 1/8 nitro) said his buddies' Sensor radio systems are rather slow (response time). And after doing some thinking, it might be more worthwhile to get my BL buggy some batteries.

That's what Nomadio says. My coworker said his M11/Spektrum setup is faster.

Let see. On one hand you have a company who makes a claim, one which has to be based in truth and fact. On the other hand you have someones biased "feeling" about one radio vs another. Go for the sure thing.

Well, it's too late for me anyways. Just spent a large chunk or cash on some batteries, and then I'll see about getting my MX-3 fixed.

But if I were somewhat made of money (like it seems a number of members here are :004: ) I'd for sure get the Sensor just because of all of the features. On my budget I'd be set back months just by spending that much.
