If you are from Chicago you probably say "mam-bah" ... mam like "yes, mam"

The blue collar south siders probably do say mam-bah (they also pronounce sausage as "sass-age" as in "gimme da sassage sammich" ) but the rest of us white-collar educated types actually pronounce things correctly!
