There won't be much difference between the basic motors and the castlecreations.

The only upgrade you could consider is using a motor with a segmented magnet, such as the lehner or the Neu.

But the 4600 is a relative cool running motor, and like you said, you'r not looking for wheelie popping power. Just get the 4600 setup, you won't be sorry.
