They say 6-8 cells or 2S lipo max, which is about right. However, you could probably get away with running it on 3S lipo. That yeilds 75000RPM. Only 10,000 over the limit...
Plus, I've heard that Castle often tests their motors at 80,000RPM. There's also someone around here running a 7700 on 3S!! CRT .5: 7075 Ext Chassis, LMT1930/7, FP 25C 3S Lipos, MM |
