G2R Chassis dogbones dont fit!

The bones should fit, unless something went wrong with packing.

the slop on 1 sounds fair to me. You need a bit of play. Perhaps the slot of one of the cups isn't deep enough? or the hole that holds the ball of the dogbone isn't wide enough? what might go wrong too; the cups on the transmission/diff can be mounted wrong.

If all this is okay;

What you can do to get your sled going on a short term; take a dremel and knock off a piece of the shaft of the outputshaft on the transmission.. Make two notches on it, and you are good to go..
