This is why I sent my 9920 to him. Although, I still won't see it for 6mo! But that has nothing to do with Mike, it's BK. But I would think Mike can be more effective with his great communication skills and what not. So I'm confident, and feel better going through Mike as well!
I hope this problem will be resolved with MGM, but again, this is the whole reason I go through Mike! He gets the job D O N E!
At the beginning Mike said it was faster to send it direct to MGM. I have been in contact with Mike, and he said he would try his luck at contacting them as well, but I have not heard a thing yet.
Finally got it back today. They repaired the one I sent them, but I still don't know what was wrong. Now I'm debating putting it to use, or selling it on e-bay.
