Superglue can work but you need to carefully prep the surfaces of both the tire and the bead area of the rim. the rim should be prepped by scuffing with medium scotchbrite or 180g-240G sandpaper and the tire bead can be scuffed plus both wiped down with rubbing alcohol or acetone prior to the application of the superglue. Losi's "tire superglue" works well.

If that fails another alternative is:
