I guess that depends on how you clean your tires? i cleaned mine with some rubber cleaner which solves a thin layer, I don't recall the type of duct tape anymore though, it must have been Pattex or 3M. The tires didn't survived the duct tape.
With thin tires grip will be less if you put duct-tape in it. Something to consider. |
