Step down to the 1521 1y and you should be fine, just gear it for the speed you want. The motor has so much torque there is no need to rev it any higher.

Sounds like a great conversion. If you don't have the dough for the 1521, check out the Mega 22/45/2 for 6s.

Ok, thank you for all your advises Lincpimp! Thanks for all the great help! Now I just need to get the money ok, I have it, but I want to work for the money. So next month or something I will buy the motor. 1 month later the LiPo's, and finally the ESC.

Ok, finally, I got my LST! :D

But, I had a discussion with a friend of me.. He said that I will lose speed if I have a 2 speed gearbox, but he wasn't sure.. So, what do you guys think? And another question, I'm a noob at nitro, but could someone say me what the 2nd servo does? ( The one above on the picture )

Pretty sure the second servo is either Hi/low range or reverse

Ok, a new problem!

I saw a topic with a guy, that already killed 5 MMM's! I DON'T want that happen to me! So, I'm searching a good ESC. What do you guys recommend? The motor will be a NEU 1521 with 1900Kv, and 2 x 3's 4900mAh LiPo, so 22,2V!

I saw some MGM's, I thought this wouldn't be a bad ESC: http://mgm-compro.com/index.php?tid=...-boat-e-series
Or are the continious/peak amps to less?
And another question, do you think I could better buy a MGM or MMM? (Or maybe a other ESC)

Well, there is now the MM V3, i'm gonna use that one because the MGM'S are tricky too. So i just decided too choose for the CC service IF there's something wrong with the ECS. (i was very positive about the MM so..)

That's definitely reverse & if you get hold of a "Forward only" conversion from Losi you'll be shedding weight from the truck. Mainly, that servo you asked about & alot of metal weight in your trans. I think it sheds about 300gm when you go forward only.

I'm sending 6 MM's back tomorrow. 3 failed after they refused to update the new software to fix the problems CC techs found, go figure. The other 3 basically failed in my truggy, all just went offline permanently.
Now I have none.

Steering servo & receiver works though.
