Quick help please - stripped wheel nut. -

After having the wheel nut come loose and almost lose it I blue thread locked all the wheel nuts. When I went to change the wheels last night I got all but 1 nut off. It is on so tight that I stripped a socket wrench and the head of the nut - so there is nothing to grab onto right now.
I've tried heating it up with a blow torch a bit to loosen the thread lock, but I still can't loosen the nut.
FYI - this is the 14-17mm adapters that come with the HPI pre-mounted Phatlines. The metal on the nuts is very soft.

Take your iron heat and put it on the nut, not on the axle, you want to heat the nut only, to make the nut take some expension.
When the nut will be heat enough, take a pair of chanellock pliers, like this http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/w...8919_200308919, and try to loosen up your nut.

I tried every wrench I had in vain. Even went out and got a vice grip wrench, just not enough to grab with the plastic of the wheel surrounding the nut.
Ended up dremelling through the wheel to cut it out and then get the nut out from the side.
Got the Ofna 17mm adapters from the LHS this afternoon and they are 2000% better. So nice to have that 17mm wheel nut back - no stripping one of those.
Thx guys.
