When you turn the wheels via the servo, do they turn fast like you would expect from a 200 oz torque servo, or do they turn slow? If there is no binding with the servo dissconnected you could have a issue with power to the servo. Try installing an extrernal 6volt receiver pack (if you have one or borrow from a friend) to the receiver and then give it ago, just take out the MMM from the port it is in so you are proving your radio gear only. If that works good, get that MMM looked at, possible BEC fault.
