Are 5.5 bullets big enough? Splicing wire sugestions. - 09.30.2009, 03:07 PM

I was thinking of buying the cc 6.5 bullets for my batts and esc but is it overkill?. I also am thinking of buying some hc 5.5 or 6.0mm bullets because I can get a good quantity for alot less money. Are the hc 5.5mm or 6.0mm bullet enough for my high speed build? I dont want cause any problems if I dont use good enough bullets. Atleast are they better than trx plugs ?

I also need to redo the connections on my neu 1515 1.5d . Two of the wires seem to be connected good, nice and slim with shrink wrap. One wire looks terrible and like its soldered side by side. Is there a good certain way too splice 2 wires together so it looks nice and neat? I also was thinking of putting bullets on the wires coming out of the can and plud my wires into it and the esc. But I was thinking this might cause too much resistance. IDK Help me with links or pics of your setups if you can.
