bec, servos, and any help would be great!

OK guys, I'm dropping the dual servo setup on my muggy. I just bought a jr9000t and am going to convert this bad boy into a single high torque setup. I was wondering about the whole BEC thing, would this one be ok to use to power this baby? http://cgi.ebay.com/CASTLE-CREATIONS...item3f05906ac7

Im not sure at all about the whole BEC thing, could someone please explain to me how to use it so I can run 6v into this servo to get maximum torque to it? How do I use the bec and connect the servo to the receiver at the same time? could someone explain it to me? I know the MMM only supplies what like 5v to the servos? Or am I missing something?
