revo rear toe in? and body question?

i just got my revo together and looked at my rear tires and they look like this / \ pointing inwards. but when i push the rear down they straighten out? this is new for me so what adjustments do i need to do to get the wheels straight

i have a 16.5 inch wheelbase what body would u guys recommend. and is 20.5 inch long. width is standard revo size.
