Where/how to mount controller and UBEC???

Okay, so I just bought a Neu 1515 1y/f motor and the MGM 160/16 controller and the UBEC. I have the stock E-Maxx chassis. Can someone step in and describe to me where to mount the controller and the UBEC? I want the install to be as clean as possible, but I am at a loss.

Also, since I have the UBEC, I need to disable the MGM's built in UBEC. Is that done by simply cutting the red wire on the servo connector?

I appreciate all the help. Mike Cronin has been an AMAZING tutor, but I feel like I need to stop relying on him and start reaching out to the community. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
