My Plan so far, does this work fine?

I am figuring out how everything would work out if I made my emaxx brushless. Besides the transmission, as far as electronics how does this sound?

- Mamba Max ESC http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail..._MM_ESC&cat=21

-Feigo 9L Motor http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...KWAND_L&cat=20

Will those two work together, and be fine in an emaxx? Will it fit to the stock emaxx? Also, what does it mean when it says the motor comes with the 5.5mm connector and I need to solder something?
